Mr. Fetter is a founder and President of FSI Energy, an organization specializing in developing energy and environmental projects and implementation of energy strategy and strategic management programs for client organizations. FSI has successfully completed projects ranging from small cogeneration projects for individual clients valued at under $10 million to large integrated projects involving multiple clients costing hundreds of millions of dollars. FSI is actively involved as a principal in projects in the US, Europe and Asia. Energy strategy clients have typically been process or industrial facilities using multiple energy sources, including steam, electricity, gas and oil. FSI reviews energy generation, distribution and utilization providing clients with a total plan for process modifications resulting in savings of millions of dollars per year. FSI is actively involved in numerous cogeneration projects in the United States and Europe and in the commercialization of a proprietary technology for upgrading low quality fuels for commercial and utility applications. FSI's client base consists primarily of US Fortune 500 companies and their European equivalent.
Mr. Fetter has been a manager and consultant specializing in energy and commercial development for over 30 years. He has significant experience in financial, legal, and operational analysis, strategic planning, project management, and systems implementation. His broad experience has enabled him to develop FSI into a leading provider of energy strategy services. He has developed state of the art computer applications for management of energy, engineering, transportation, construction, marketing and distribution organizations. During the last decade he has been a founder of three successful companies operating in the United States and Europe. His technical expertise and business experience allow him to integrate financial and operational considerations of complex organizational issues with a focus on energy and technology issues.
